Site program includes urban retail street frontages, a dog park, an urban rain garden and an elevated courtyard terrace for the residents. Landscape design seamlessly blends the building with its urban setting. An artist-created bus stop accentuates the new urban retail frontage.
Up in the courtyard space, Valerie Theberge’s mosaic, Meandering, featured in the fountain, set the tone for this unique amenity space, with outdoor kitchen, communal dining, fireplaces, and seating alcoves, in a variety of sizes. Thematic lighting extends the outdoor use into the twilight hours. LSG was active in developing the overall Master Plan and in providing detailing for the streetscape, bioretention, site lighting, screenwall, fountain and outdoor kitchen designs, site furnishing selection and planting design.
