LSG Landscape Architecture provided landscape architectural design for Toll Brothers’ first Washington, D.C. project, Parc Riverside, a 287-unit luxury rental apartment project located at the corner of First and K Streets SE. LSG was able to create a rich outdoor amenity program at the ground floor courtyard and rooftop terrace that complement indoor community recreation and gathering spaces.
At ground level, residents experience the sight and sound of a completed water feature at the adjacent building, while enjoying their courtyard’s multiple outdoor grills, fire pit seating, large screen outdoor TV, and bocce ball court. On the roof, a pool deck and terrace provide spectacular views of DC’s monumental skyline. They can entertain or relax with outdoor grills, fireplace focused seating, a large screen outdoor TV, and an outdoor yoga space.
