This multi-phase waterfront project set on the Anacostia River will transform a heavily industrialized area into an environmentally sustainable neighborhood. An adaptable streetscape design incorporates stormwater management strategies, mixed-use amenities, adaptations for multi-modal transit systems, and blends a sustainable, urbanized development with the Anacostia waterfront.
The roof spaces of the project look out over expansive views of the river and nearby stadiums. Amenity space design includes private terrace spaces, a shared space with firepit seating, lounge area, outdoor kitchen and dining. Extensive green roofs provide stormwater management for the building.
