LSG Landscape Architecture was responsible for the site development for this mixed-use project located in the Reston Town Center area. The project is comprised of a fifteen-story residential tower with ground floor retail, and a five-story parking structure. It consists of a total of 359 residential units.
Inspired by the modern, clean architectural vocabulary, LSG’s final design scheme provides a variety of urban spaces for the users, including a pool terrace and an intimate gathering public terrace for year-round use. The public terrace incorporates a fountain, extensively planted interior courtyards, and a series of intimate, gardenesque seating areas for use by the residents and community. The 14th floor dog park was designed to take advantage of the views towards the Sugar Loaf mountains and provide a retreat for dog lovers. Reston standard streetscape is provided on ground level.
