Wellburn Square, located adjacent to the Ballston Metro station in Arlington, is a one-acre public park atop structured parking. LSG participated in numerous community workshops to ensure that existing and future residential community concerns were addressed.
Wellburn Square is a popular destination for adjacent office tenants as well as the local neighborhood. The park provides an ideal setting for informal passive use and also hosts community festivals and other public events.
